How To Request Deletion

To request account deletion, email info.servlivo@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Servlivo account. If you cannot access that inbox, include enough identifying information for our team to verify ownership safely.

Please mention your registered phone number and state clearly that you want your Servlivo account deleted. Our team may ask follow-up questions if more verification is required.

  • Use the registered email address whenever possible.
  • Include your name and phone number linked to the account.
  • State that you are requesting permanent account deletion.

What Happens After You Submit A Request

Once we receive the request, we review the account to verify identity and confirm whether there are active bookings, unresolved support issues, chargebacks, refunds, or legal retention requirements that affect deletion timing.

If the request is valid and no blocking issue applies, we will proceed with the deletion workflow and confirm the outcome over email.

Information That May Be Retained

Some information may need to remain in our records after account deletion where retention is required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, legal compliance, or platform security.

Retention does not mean the account stays active for customer use. It means certain records may continue to exist in limited operational or compliance systems where justified.

  • Transaction and billing records required by law or accounting processes.
  • Records linked to fraud prevention, abuse investigations, or unresolved disputes.
  • Minimal system logs or security records needed to protect the platform.
